Jedi Yogini found yoga in her 20’s while recovering from an extreme back injury that nearly destroyed her spine.
By her 30’s she really understood the depth beyond the asanas/poses. Continuing to study the philosophies and history she was convinced that she would one day teach yoga.
In her 40’s she completed Teacher Training through The Bikram College Of India. She has since taught yoga in Florida, New York and California.
Now ‘almost’ 50 she encourages one on one lessons to help students with their individual needs.
Her lessons are uplifting and healing.
Sam is an amazingly gifted teacher who was extremely fortunate to discover yoga at a very early age.
As a former yoga champion he understands the mechanics of each posture and is able to help you to achieve better balance and form.
Since completing his Yoga Teacher Training in Thailand he has been traveling to studios around the US and Canada sharing his knowledge.
He believes that every BODY can and will benefit from a regular yoga practice and encourages more men to roll out a mat.
